Australian Steel is a premier steel supplier in Melbourne, specialising in local and national sales of steel plate as well as providing various cutting and post-cutting services. We aim to continuously innovate and develop the manual transactional processes into technology inspired changes. Our mission is to deliver a quality product to our customer on time and on budget from order fulfillment to delivery. We are located in Braeside and we are looking for an experienced Process Improvement Analyst to join our team to continuously ensure that our systems and processes deliver value to the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with business stakeholders and digital team to identify and elicit business requirements and end user needs.
- Analyse new and existing processes and propose process improvements that can increase accuracy, efficiency, and/or value.
- Generate reports and dashboards on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis to gain insights and to provide business analysis.
- Lead the development of service and system improvements, processes, procedures, and documentations.
- Periodically initiate a meeting with key stakeholders to ensure service pain points and business priorities are reflected in Digital delivery plan.
- Collaborate with the digital team in the system design, testing, and implementation.
- Leads, manages and mentors co-workers as needed.

**Only applicants that meet the following Selection Criteria points will be considered for this position**:

- **A minimum of 2 years previous experience working with iTMS Software**
- **Previous employment within a manufacturing environment.**

** Must be an Australian/Permanent Resident.**

**Other Key requirements**:

- Ability to understand business needs and ability to develop consistent, clear analysis and reporting.
- Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office Suites,Tableau, ITMS and other BI and BA tools to streamline business processes.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority activities.
- Action orientated with ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful and excellent problem solving skills.
- Positive team player, self-driven, and demonstrates collaboration and teamwork with internal and external stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
