**_ Your Role:_**

We are looking for a collaborative, attentive and people focused professional to join our HR team and manage compensation, benefits and payroll for Christian Dior Couture in Australia & New Zealand. In addition to these functional responsibilities, we are looking for a data driven individual, to take our people and performance data and provide insight to help us make improvements across our workforce’s capability, engagement and ultimately performance.

This is a key role in supporting Dior Australia & New Zealand’s continued growth over the coming years. It will be a fundamental partner for the Senior HR Manager and Regional C&B team in Hong Kong in achieving our expansion plans.

**_ Your Purpose:_**
- Manage Dior ANZ’s compensation from salary survey’s, benchmarking, competitor analysis and offer process.
- Ensuring Dior is compliant with the General Retail Industry Award from a pay, rostering and role positions perspective.
- Oversee Dior ANZ’s benefits program, researching and making recommendations on improvements.
- Manage payroll, ensuring all employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage associated payroll activities with our providers, such as payroll tax and workers compensation.
- Manage Dior ANZ annual pay review process.
- Create and leverage data to help sustain, support and improve performance.
- Work with the Senior HR Manager on all HR related budgets including, labour cost, temp spend, people development spend and other social costs.
- Manage all HR reports, both monthly and annually including key LVMH reports and WEGA.
- Manage Dior’s new HRIS and further transition to SuccessFactors.

**_To be successful in this role, you will have:_**
- Solid experience across compensation & benefits.
- Be highly analytical, with excellent excel skills and high attention to detail.
- Hands on experience of running payroll, ideally across both Australia & New Zealand.
- HR systems experience across, time & attendance, payroll processing and HRIS (SuccessFactors).
- Ideally you will have experience of HR analytics and leveraging HR data insights.
- Experience working in a global matrixed organisation.
