ING, Australia’s most recommended bank is for an experienced **Operations Analyst** to join our **Wholesale Banking Operations Team**. You’ll join an amazing team who have been instrumental in the success of ING both locally and globally.

You’ll be a key component to the success of the business, as you’ll be helping to bolster business partnerships between ING Australia and Service Providers. These providers offer incredible services to assist ING Australia Wholesale Banking clients.

You’ll be accountable for providing reporting, issuing identification/management and control activities related to the oversight of these Service Providers supporting Wholesale Banking Lending and Support activities. The lending activities include repayments and drawdowns, client rate notices and other support activities.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Monitoring and reporting on service provider performance
- Reviewing current/new services to ensuring that they meet all outsourcing requirements
- Working with outsourcing managers and service receivers to ensure compliance to CPS231 & Global Sourcing Policy
- Managing any operational issues and risks - issue identification, root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions
- Participating in process design and improvement

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Banking experience, ideally in Corporate/Institutional Banking
- Sound knowledge of Wholesale Banking products, processes and regulatory requirements and operational risk
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure, with multiple deliverables in a complex/high pressure environment
