**Job Description**:
Reporting directly to the Director of Talent & Culture, you will partner and collaborate with our HODs and Heartists to deliver our Heartist Principles and Values.

**About The Role**:
It's a truly rewarding role for an experienced Talent & Culture generalist. Your main duties & responsibilities are inclusive but not limited to:

- Lead our employees activation programs and engagement activities
- Facilitate Heartists training and other training as required
- Own the full cycle of employees' onboarding and offboarding
- Ensure ER/IR compliances

**About You**:

- The ability to demonstrate and deliver excellent customer service to our Heartists and industry partner
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Ability to work innovatively and think outside the box
- Possess full time work right in Australia

**Qualifications**:
