Livewell Care Services, are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support across various functions. This position is integral to maintaining efficient office procedures and fostering a positive working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operational tasks
- Assist in scheduling

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.

Communication and Coordination:

- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing information and handling inquiries.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as required.

Team Support:

- Assist in organising team events, meetings, and workshops.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to support overall administrative needs of the organisation.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Experience with NDIS or disability services (preferred but not required).

**Education and Experience**:

- Relevant qualification in administrative or Secretary will be a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position is typically based onsite.
- 6 hours, Monday - Friday (9am-3pm), with occasional flexibility required based on organisational needs.
