**Quick overview of the role**

Reporting to our National HSEQ Manager, you will provide effective administrative support to the HSEQ team and be accountable for updating and controlling internal documents, assist with the maintenance of Donesafe, support and empower departments to update their documentation and coordinate HSEQ related appointments, meetings and events.

**What will you be doing?**
- Update and doc control internal documents as per company document/record management requirements
- Assist to maintain users and accurate records within the company IMS (Donesafe)
- Supporting and empowering departments to electronically update their expired or marked-up HSEQ related documents
- Assist to update HSEQ training and e-learning modules and all associated documentation
- Provide IMS system technical administration and statistical reporting support
- Provide HSEQ related certificates and information required to internal customers
- Assist with HSEQ monitoring activities (including process quality and internal audits)
- Organise HSEQ related files and folders in the shared directory, ensuring a consistent method of record management
- Assist with the coordination of HSEQ related appointments, meetings and events
- Assist with HSEQ budget and purchasing related administration (requisitions, P/O’s, and goods receipting)
- Assisting to update site noticeboards with HSEQ related information
- Assist to maintain and monitor the shared HSEQ Inbox, and shared HSEQ calendar for scheduling of training, site visits, HSEQ meetings, HSEQ related training and toolbox meetings
- Assist to effectively record minutes of HSEQ related meetings when required
- Previous administration experience
- Highly competent user of Microsoft Office suite
- Positive demeanor, solutions focused, with a can-do attitude
- Ability to ensure excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Flexible to undertake a variety of different tasks in a fast-paced environment
