**Job description**:
**The Opportunity**

On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for an APS5 Project Officer for a 12 month assignment based in Geelong. This role will be 37.5 hours per week paying an hourly pay rate of $53.63 plus super.

**Responsibilities of the role include;**
- Supporting the production of regular reporting
- Assist with analysis of quantitative and qualitative information to enable understanding of insights
- Maintain and further develop the record management system for participant insights
- Assist with internal communications to coordinate stakeholders including scheduling and attending meetings, recording minutes and provide input where required
- Coordinate and manage actions from meetings
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders

**To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate;**
- Previous experience writing briefs and research documents and reports suitable for government and senior executives
- Strong research and analysis skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong administrative skills
- An understanding of how to create accessible documents in a range of formats would be advantageous
