**Property Manager**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee a small portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The Property Manager will lead a team of two other assistant property managers and will be responsible for the full spectrum of property management duties, including day-to-day operations, tenant relations, repairs and maintenance, and landlord communications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the management and maintenance of a small portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
- Lead a team of two property managers, providing guidance and support in their daily operations.
- Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard, addressing any repairs or maintenance issues promptly.
- Coordinate property inspections and ensure properties are in good condition, reporting findings to the Director/Licensee.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends to advise landlords and ensure properties remain competitive.
- Conduct regular routine inspections
- Work with the Assistant Property Managers/Leasing Team to ensure properties are leased in a timely manner
- Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.’
- Manage and mentor two assistant property managers, ensuring effective delegation of tasks and providing regular performance feedback.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss property updates, challenges, and best practices.
- Oversee arrears management and ensure that all rent payments are collected and processed promptly.

**Core Role Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in property management
- Real Estate License
- Leadership experience
- Strong customer service and client management skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and social media platforms.
