As a leasing consultant your **duties **will consist of, but are not limited to
- Handling leasing enquires from prospective tenants and processing paperwork
- Leasing and open for inspection
- Compile and complete condition reports
- Knowledge of REST
- Help with maintenance & repairs

**What will you need to succeed?**
- Experience in real estate ideal
- A Certificate of registration
- A reliable car and valid driver’s license
