**About the Role**:
Lindsay Park Homestead is hiring an experienced Grounds & Maintenance Person. This full-time role focuses on revitalizing the historic gardens, originally established in the late 1840s by George Fife Angas, and maintaining the property operation at the highest standards. Join our team to showcase your passion, attention to detail, and proven experience in grounds and property maintenance.

**Your main duties will include**:

- Gardening, horticulture and irrigation of the property
- Use plant and equipment associated with to maintenance of the grounds
- Identify potential hazards on the property, including safety concerns and pest control Maintenance and servicing of all the property plant and equipment
- To manage all utilities and report to the Property Manager
- Work closely with team to ensure the smooth running of the property

**About you**:

- You enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather
- Experience in a similar position in the Horticulture Industry / commercial garden maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to work according to safe work practices
- Reliable, Punctual with a strong work ethic
- Possess excellent problem solving and effective communication skills
- Physically fit and able to safely perform frequent & repetitive manual work Current Drivers Licence with reliable Transport
