**Résumé des fonctions**

Orienter les clients à leur arrivée au spa, indiquer l'emplacement et expliquer l'utilisation des vestiaires, des espaces de détente et des zones de réception. Proposer différents services aux clients (eau, jus de fruit, coussin cervical chauffant, etc.). Répondre à des questions d'ordre général sur l'hôtel et les services proposés. Accompagner les clients jusqu'aux cabines de soin. Vérifier plusieurs fois par jour les mises à jour et changements de planning sur ordinateur. Assurer la propreté du poste de travail, des cabines de soin, des vestiaires du spa/salon de beauté et des espaces de détente. Jeter les déchets et retirer les linges sales. Contrôler les fournitures et équipements à la fin de chaque quart. Ranger les serviettes, linges et fournitures dans les vestiaires, espaces de détente et zones de réception. Signaler les accidents, les blessures et toutes les conditions de travail considérées comme étant dangereuses au responsable ; suivre les formations et obtenir les certifications requises en matière de sécurité.

Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de la chaîne ; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Anticiper les besoins des clients et y répondre ; remercier chaleureusement les clients. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs. Se conformer aux exigences et standards de qualité. Pouvoir faire des mouvements d’extension, se pencher, se tourner, tirer et se baisser ; déplacer, soulever et porter des charges pesant 5 kilos maximum ; être habitué à travailler debout, assis, à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
