Could you be the full-time **O&M Training Coordinator** in **Dandenong** that we are looking for?

**We’ll look to you for**:

- Participate or lead transverse projects (induction, training tools optimization, internal training development, etc.)
- Work with the Talent Development Team to ensure training to support specific populations development needs
- Ensure that trainings are displayed in the Learning Management System, updated, and session created
- Complete regular reports to get a clear monitoring of learning activity and support functions with accurate data
- Supervising the deployment and follow-up of training programs
- Monitor the evaluation of training, training hours per person, supplier quality and other areas
- Propose budget and ensure forecast
- Promote the program within the organization by organizing workshops for the Dandenong site, regular updates to the managers of the specific functions, ensure proper balance between sessions planning and cancellation.

- Tertiary qualification in Business or Engineering OR Human Resource.
- Relevant experience as an HR, Talent development, or in an operational position mainly comprised of a Learning role.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Communication skills: being able to communicate and work with all kind of stakeholders (SVP, Experts, site HR etc.)
- Able to manage multiple projects.
