**Reform Programs Directorate**

Reform Programs seeks to ensure that Schools in NSW are enabled to deliver exceptional outcomes for students through the identification and implementation of high impact operational improvement initiatives. The work we do aims to ensure that our teachers, leaders, and school staff are able to focus on teaching, leading, and supporting students.

**About the Change and Enablement Team**

As one of four functions in the Reform Programs Directorate, the Change and Enablement team work collaboratively to communicate, engage and enable a workforce to teach, lead and support the students in NSW. We partner with initiatives owners from across the Department to ensure that roadmap for change are clearly communicated, staff are onboard and skilled and tangible personal benefits are realised.

**About the role**

The role performs project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of projects within the Reform Programs directorate, with the focus being the Change and Engagement. It drives the adoption of change and engagement strategy, including a revised service delivery model, to simplify existing processes, improve service levels and embed new technology platforms across the department.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, Change Management, or a relevant discipline.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Demonstrated experience in working in a large, complex organisation on change and/or workforce transformation projects.
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

**About you**

We are seeking an experienced person with the following key skills:

- Ability to lead the development and delivery of a range of change management strategies to ensure the adoption of improved services through the implementation of program strategy.
- Build and manage change networks of impacted staff to engage staff, test/refine solutions and enable adoption across the broader stakeholder groups.
- Achieving multiple change and project objectives, given limited resources and tight deadlines, and the need to identify project interdependencies and balance competing demands and priorities.
