Fostering new projects and growth, my client is now seeking a **Marketing & Submissions Coordinator **to join their team and assist the directors with crucial parts of the business. With a focus on architecture, planning and, interior design their diverse team is committed to creating spaces that stand the test of time.

As a** **Marketing & Submissions Coordinator**, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business development efforts by coordinating and managing the submission process for key projects and working in the marketing team. This involves strategic research, planning, and submission for project opportunities and providing marketing support to the marketing division. You'll be responsible for maintaining and developing the submissions and communication library, ensuring all necessary materials for submissions, awards, and communications are up-to-date.
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality proposals that showcase our studio's capabilities and contribute to their continued success.

In the role as a **Marketing & Submissions Coordinator** your key responsibilities will be as followed:

- Prepare submissions for Expression of Interest and Requests for Tender in architecture, urban design, and landscape sectors.
- Interpret briefs to identify and gather collateral, studio knowledge, and expertise.
- Efficiently plan and meet deadlines.
- Providing marketing support for a range of different areas within the business.
- Coordinate with studio leadership and external collaborators for content input.
- Utilise InDesign, Photoshop, Excel, and Word for submissions.
- Continuously improve and streamline the submission process.
- Develop resources such as CVs, project sheets, and image libraries.
- Monitor pipelines and support broader profile and communications initiatives.
- 3+ industry experience in the architectural sector.
- A proven record of submission coordination and submission in large scale, multi team bids.
- Previous experience in working in marketing across the architectural sector.
- A strategic understanding of the architectural sector to analyse client brief / tender requirements to prepare response plans for submissions.
- Organised, and has the ability to manage multiple simultaneous assignments.
- Excellent communication and liaison skills to work well with others and with a leadership team.
- High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Suite.
- Graphic design literacy and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
