**About the role**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Support the management of key client relationships to plan and execute on their partnerships
- Provide potential clients with in-depth demos of the BetMakers systems
- Provide quality service and administrative support to the Partnerships Manager and the wider Sales & Commercial team
- Work closely with tech and product teams to solve customer pain points and deliver value for clients
- Provide Partnerships lifecycle support, through various streams, analysing trends and proactively communicating with clients and the business on a regular basis
- Act as point of contact to develop and streamline the onboarding process and experience of new clients
- Manage a portfolio of emerging value clients
- Develop engagement and communication plans with partners, review on a regular basis
- Drive efficiencies within the team through new and updated processes

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Previous experience providing high quality customer support
- Previous experience working in the wagering industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines
- A sound ability to build effective relationships, both with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven technical problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously on individual tasks
- An interest in understanding new technologies and trends
