**About the role..**:
Exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Research Governance Officer to join our organisation. This position involves providing support to the Director of Research in duties associated with research governance for all Royal Rehab sites and business units and promoting a research culture across Royal Rehab. Although based in Ryde, occasional visits to other Royal Rehab sites are required.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Being the point of contact for internal and external enquiries about research governance.
- Managing the research governance review and authorisation process.
- Oversight of authorised research projects.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of research governance processes and practices across the organisation.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Effective time management with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet strict deadlines.

- Highly developed communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others to understand and maintain the highest level of research governance practices.
- High level computer literacy.
