Key Responsibilities:

- Property Management: Oversee the daily operations of residential/commercial properties, including managing lease agreements, tenant communications, and renewals.
- Leasing Strategy: Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Marketing: Work closely with marketing teams to promote vacant properties and attract potential tenants through advertisements, online listings, and open houses.
- Tenant Relations: Manage tenant relationships by addressing inquiries, complaints, and maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiations: Negotiate lease terms, including rent, length of lease, and any incentives or modifications to the agreement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to ensure rental rates are competitive and make recommendations for pricing adjustments.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on property performance, leasing activity, vacancy rates, and financial performance for senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure all leasing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including fair housing laws and local ordinances.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor leasing staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or above will be a plus.
- Proven 1 year above experience in property management, leasing, or real estate, especially short-term leasing, Airbnb or relevant experience
- Strong understanding of leasing agreements, property management laws, and rental market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
- Strong customer service focus and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in property management or real estate (e.g., CPM, ARM, RPA).
