**Job Title**: SDA Property Manager

As an SDA Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Specialist Disability Accommodation properties. You will ensure that these properties meet the unique needs of residents with disabilities and comply with relevant regulations and standards. This role involves liaising with tenants, property owners, support providers, and regulatory bodies to ensure the smooth operation of SDA properties.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Property Management**: Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of SDA properties, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

2. **Tenant Support**: Provide support to tenants with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met and they have access to appropriate services and resources.

3. **Lease Management**: Manage lease agreements, including tenant placements, rent collection, and lease renewals.

4. **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines governing SDA properties, including the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Quality and Safeguards Commission.

5. **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, support providers, NDIS coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of SDA services.

6. **Financial Management**: Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance of SDA properties, and implement strategies to optimize financial outcomes.

7. **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to property management activities, including tenancy agreements, maintenance logs, and incident reports.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in property management, real estate, social work, disability services, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property management, preferably in the disability accommodation sector.
- Understanding of the NDIS framework and SDA rules and regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and best practices in disability accommodation.

Pay: $55,400.56 - $80,000.00 per year
