**The Opportunity**
The Central Clinical School in the Faculty of Medicine Nursing and Health Sciences is the leading clinical school for biomedical research and education, offering undergraduate and postgraduate study programs. Peninsula Health is one of Victoria’s 15 major metropolitan health services and provides postgraduate pre‑vocational and vocational training in a range of specialties.
We are seeking to appoint a skilled and motivated Administrative Officer to provide high level administrative and organisational support for the Monash Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine Program. This position will predominantly provide expert advice to queries from students and staff and liaise with a range of key stakeholders including course coordinators, students, tutors and clinical placement supervisors.
We are seeking someone with excellent administrative and organisational skills with a strong commitment to customer service. You will also demonstrate a strong administrative capacity to develop and implement effective operational processes and procedures and have the ability to work autonomously whilst also working well within a team.
