My client are market-leading construction management firm who specialise in Commercial Construction and refurbishments.

The Accounts Payable role is a hands-on role, Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for the following;
- Accounts Payable;
- Reconciliation of supplier costs and follow up on discrepancies;
- Data entry of supplier invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit Card expenses - collection of receipts and matching to statement, entry and payment of credit card account monthly
- Prepare weekly and monthly supplier payment runs for approval
- Experience and/or understanding contracts/payments
- Assist with cash flow management and forecasting;
- Ad hoc accounting and admin duties as required.
- Back up support for Accounts Receivable including collections;

**Skills and Experience**
To succeed in this role, you will possess the following attributes:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Advanced MS Excel and ERP system skills;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position;
- Thrive on working in a team environment;
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail;
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the Construction industry is desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to enable effective communications.
