**Description**:
As a Home Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Personal Care**: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks.
- **Mobility Support**: Helping clients with mobility, including transferring from bed to wheelchair, walking, and positioning.
- **Medication Assistance**: Prompting prescribed medication administration and monitoring health conditions as directed.
- **Companionship**: Providing emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversation, and participating in activities to enhance the client’s quality of life.
- **Household Tasks**: Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
- **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the healthcare team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a personal care role or similar environment is essential.
- **Education**: Certification III or IV in Aged Care or equivalent
- **Education**:Current First Aid Certificate

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, including lifting and transferring clients
