**About the role**:
At CES, we have ambitious targets to keep billions of drink containers out of landfill and transform them into resources that can be used again and again.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of P&C and the rest of the P&C team on all generalist areas for the employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for administration and coordination, including onboarding and offboarding of all employees, supporting and coaching team members and managers in people processes, assisting with talent acquisition, learning and development coordination and safety management.
You will be pivotal in ensuring all employees have a great onboarding experience and develop through the organisation while at CES. You will also have the opportunity to work on P&C projects in diverse areas.
We are seeking a hands-on HR Advisor with proven ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You enjoy being autonomous as well as working in a team, and you have resilience and tenacity.
You thrive in a scale-up environment with evolving processes, embrace ambiguity and naturally share work early, involve others and lead towards desired outcomes.
Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you'll work closely with employees across the whole business.
**The key deliverables of the role**:
Work with the People and Culture team to support all areas of People and Culture ie recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, rewards and recognition and work health and safety, including:
Supporting and coaching employees and managers in people processes, providing consistent and thoughtful advice in people related matters
Administrative assistance and support to P&C team, including preparation of employment letters and contracts
Accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and HR databases and systems
Complete the onboarding processes for all employees and contractors
Complete all L&D processes including eLearning and training coordination and reporting
HR policy and procedures improvement and tracking of compliance
Assist in recruitment and selection of CES Talent including writing Job descriptions and advertisements and at times, support with the end-to-end recruitment process
Coordination of people initiatives such as orientation, team benefits, reward and recognition program, and initiatives to boost team culture;
**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**:
3 to 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR/P&C role, supporting employee lifecycle activities
HR, Business, or related studies
Highly developed organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Passionate about learning and developing your career in Human Resources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are passionate about sustainability, and you champion diversity of thought, style and perspective
Self-starter who enjoys working autonomously as well as in a team
Experience in small businesses or in fast growing environments
Experience in the tech industry or a business with software teams is a bonus

About CES
We are proud to be an active contributor in the circular economy through container deposit schemes (10c refund for eligible drink containers). We help our scheme partners to recycle close to 10 million drink containers every day, diverting them from landfill into the circular economy.
Our technology and services enable the circular lifecycle of drink containers. We have a large in-house software engineering team using modern technology stacks to develop and support our products. As well as a suite of SaaS products, our range of business services includes accounting, payments, brand & marketing, materials trading, HR, customer service and support.
CES was formed in 2017 as a joint venture between Lion and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and has grown rapidly.
