**Role Description/Criteria**

OLSH College Bentleigh is an independent Catholic secondary school for girls with a commitment to the mission of Catholic education. Administered by the Daughters of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart, the College is built on a tradition of 85 years of inspiring excellence at the Heart of girls' education.

Applications are invited for the following full time, ongoing position of:
**FRONT OFFICE MANAGER**

**Commencing Term 1, 2024.**

The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.

The Front Office Manager will be responsible for the leadership of the administration team. This includes ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the main school office and student reception. Service provision in both these areas will be at a high standard and involve engagement with all our stakeholders.

Being systematic, and highly organised, the successful applicant will be a leader and team builder who is able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to this role.

The successful applicant will be people oriented and work with the administration team to continue to provide outstanding service to our school community.

The successful applicant will hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Check and have the right to work in Australia.
