**What you will be doing**:
As a Finance Administrator, your main responsibility will be to support and assist the Finance department by:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and payments accurately.
- Perform daily bank, credit card reconciliations and generate debtors’ reports.
- Assist in financial data entry, including expense tracking and reconciliations.
- Maintain organised financial records and documentations.
- Respond to internal financial inquires with professionalism and accuracy.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience and understanding of accounts administration.
- Experience using Winbeat system is highly regarded.
- High attention to detail and levels of accuracy and excellent time management skills.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
