The position is a minimum 6 month temporary assignment for an experienced Finance Administration Assistant (Accounts Receivable). The company is a FMCG located in Norwest, offering hybrid work from home and office.

**Skills & attributes required**:

- Experience working in Shipping/Logistics environment
- Accounts Receivable/Payable, costing and reporting experience
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
- Intermediate experience in MS Excel
- Knowledge in CargoWise and SAP desired but not essential

**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Checking cost/sell rate to ensure the accuracy of costing and invoicing data
- Post costing and invoicing items and generate invoice
- Maintenance and update of cost/sell rates
- Analysis of costing data and reporting of revenue
- Identification and escalation of invoicing issues
- Timely documentation processing to meet payment terms
- Creations of cost elements to capture appropriate charging components
- Communicate changes and issues to key stakeholders
