**The Opportunity**
Our client supports the Modernisation of Defence through the development, acquisition, and sustainment of a range of capabilities across several projects. The requirement is for 2 resources to come on board to assist on long-term engagements. Whilst all current and future projects seek to acquire and deliver vastly differing capabilities, they will be required to integrate and interoperate with each other as well as with many deployable joint force capabilities.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Manage Program Strategic risks and issues records in CapabilityOne and prepare reports for governance meetings.
- Implement program management methodologies and processes to improve the business operations of the Modernisation Branch
- Prepare the agenda, documents, presentations, and record minutes for the Program Steering Group
- Prepare documents, presentations and record the minutes of Integrated Project Management Team meetings.
- Deliver monthly reports on Program Management Office outcomes.
- Support SO Modernisation senior leadership to execute business management functions on a need’s basis.
- Prepare briefs on project and program matters for senior staff.
