**ABOUT THE BRANCH & SECTION**
The Service Delivery Office (SDO) is an organisational unit within the Department of Finance’s Shared Services Division.
Working in partnership across the Australian Government, the SDO delivers corporate transactional processing and technical services to 15 government entity clients, enabling them to focus on their core business.

The SDO prides itself on its collaborative, supportive work environment where staff are actively encouraged to think innovatively to contribute to the development of shared service arrangements. The mix of contractor and permanent APS staff fosters public and private sector knowledge sharing to find new and efficient ways to add value for clients and the APS.
A vacancy currently exists in the SDO’s Client, Strategy and Enablement Branch, within the Client Strategy and Governance Team. The Team plays a key role in SDO governance, forward planning, decision making, risk management, client relationship management and SDO service optimisation.
