**About the role**:
You will be working with our Newcastle based client on a service desk in a fast-paced customer centred environment to deliver modern troubleshooting solutions and will use your strong technical abilities and can-do attitude to join the existing support team.

**What you will be doing**:

- Providing technical support delivering on-the-spot solutions for customers
- Handle Customer-relation problems promptly and appropriately both on the phone and in-person, using independent troubleshooting and following established procedures to meet SLAs set by the client
- Managing a ticket queue and prioritising workload
- Working closely with/escalating issues to external vendors
- Stock management including peripheral devices
- Refresh of old devices swapped with new devices on site.
- Responsibilities include User Account Management, Desktop troubleshooting, Hardware management, remote support, Mobile Device Management

**What you will bring**:

- Ability to configure, evaluate, repair, test and troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong attention to detail, accurate and efficient documentation
- Customer-first attitude
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- The ability to multitask and display time management skills
- Good teamwork amongst colleagues and clients
- Working knowledge of Office 365, Windows desktop environment, SCCM, SharePoint, VPNs, Mobile Device Management, Active Directory and Azure is preferred

**Preferred Education and Experience**:

- 2-5 years working experience supporting customers’ PC environments with an interest in learning more
- Relevant Vocation/ Diploma/ Associate Degree or relevant work experience is preferred
