The role of the **Capability & Implementation Lead **ensures the coaching resources are scheduled against each store as part of the go-live plan. This includes the scheduling of the training sessions for the coach/support team, onboarding, and the actual coach/support team attendance at each store. Any changes to team schedules or coaching /support requirements will need to be managed/coordinated through this role to track and manage coach /support teams

**Your key responsibilities in this role will be**:

- Overlay coaching/support resources against each store's go-live roster.
- Review and administer deployment readiness activities
- Establish the resources required to deliver the implementation plan.
- Arrange travel/accommodation/venues for coaching team to support deployment
- Manage the training delivery schedule
- Ensure training /development plans are supported for new teams leads
- Establish contingency plans to mitigate risks to deployment program

We’re looking for an individual who has come from an operational based role such as project management, Culture & People, HR or a learning background. This is not a traditional training role, you will be partnering with the training team to carry out our training programs to our stores.

- Planning, organising, managing and mobilising large teams
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of supermarket operations and services
- Problem Solving and unconstrained thinking
- Working within agile programs would be an asset.
