**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a Kitting Coordinator where your main duties will be to Coordinate, maintain, and expedite the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between all departments of the Bayswater Truck plant to insure smooth production operations and customer satisfaction.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Generate and allocate picking lists and schedules for the Warehouse team
- Coordination of arrival and departure times for parts/order movements from the warehouse to the production plant
- Determining order/stock requirements based on specific product build request
- Ensuring quality and compliance adheres to company policy and procedures
- Coordination of stock transfers between locations

**What We Will Like About You**
- High attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills
- Prior experience in planning and scheduling in a similar environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages
