The Opportunity

As the Shortage Coordinator you will ensure the warehouse area is a safe, effective and efficient space which provides kitting and logistics operations through responding to shortages raised in EWI to the Material Handling ownership group within a timely manner to service Production requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the timely processing and resolution of "Warehouse to Assign" shortages;
  • Record and report on receiving infractions, including advice to suppliers as appropriate;
  • Participate in inventory queries and related internal processes to maintain inventory integrity;
  • Data collection and analysis of specified key performance metrics;
  • Contribute towards Six Sigma processes and quality improvements for our team;
  • Assist with the administrative requirements of the business operations including invoice processing

About You

  • Good PC skills (Microsoft packages & WMS preferred);
  • Understanding of warehouse practices and interaction with Production;
  • Welldeveloped analytical and problemsolving skills, working both independently and as a team;
  • Attention to detail, good communication and organisational & prioritising skills.
