**The Opportunity**
As the Shortage Coordinator you will ensure the warehouse area is a safe, effective and efficient space which provides kitting and logistics operations through responding to shortages raised in EWI to the Material Handling ownership group within a timely manner to service Production requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate the timely processing and resolution of “Warehouse to Assign” shortages;
- Record and report on receiving infractions, including advice to suppliers as appropriate;
- Participate in inventory queries and related internal processes to maintain inventory integrity;
- Data collection and analysis of specified key performance metrics;
- Contribute towards Six Sigma processes and quality improvements for our team;
- Assist with the administrative requirements of the business operations including invoice processing
**About You**
- Good PC skills (Microsoft packages & WMS preferred);
- Understanding of warehouse practices and interaction with Production;
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, working both independently and as a team;
- Attention to detail, good communication and organisational & prioritising skills.
