Your new role
- As our performance and data officer you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our leaders to drive success across key compliance and performance metrics. Your ability to communicate, collaborate and guide will have a direct impact on the business as we strive for operational success. A key part of your role is going to be data analytics, formulating reports to send to the leaders, identifying trends, reviewing data and understanding how to tell a story with the reports you create.

Your role will include:
- Preparation and implementation of business performance reporting-
- Responsible for the data validation process-
- Support and influence across NI to achieve outcomes.-
- Ensure claims practices are in line with internal guidelines/standards and best practice.-
- Coach and support Claims teams with the assistance of the Skills Development Leads in your team.-
- Review claims and provide constructive feedback on data quality, and performance trends.-
- Ensure awareness of key risk areas and appropriately escalate identified failures in a timely manner.-
- Provide guidance and recommendations to claims operations from your analysis of data to NI Leadership team.-
- Look for, and lead opportunities for innovation in Workers Compensation process.About you
- You genuinely care about the work you do, you have a good understanding of claims management as well as data reporting and appreciate the important role it can play in business improvement initiatives. You are a team player, have great communication and influencing skills and a strategic mindset to help drive change. You have attention to detail but can work in a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunity for growth with new strategic initiatives.
- You will also have:
- Previous experience in workers compensation with an understanding of the life cycle of a claim and the key regulatory requirements-
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Office-
- A genuine interest in data, performance, and reporting-
- High attention to detail and time management-
- The ability to communicate with stakeholders and ability to work in a collaborative environment to make suggestions.-
