**About the Role**
This is a full-time role based in **Surrey Hills**. You will join the **Support Coordination team** to coach, guide, and mentor enabling them to assist their clients to meet their NDIS goals. The **Regional Lead**collaborates closely with Support Coordinators, Intake/Administration staff, Recovery Coaches, and other team members to offer capability uplift, great customer service, and strict financial accountability within the function.

**You will have**:

- Demonstrated leadership and supervision experience
- Experience in Psychosocial/Complex Disability
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to network and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- VIC Driver’s Licence
- COVID-19 Vaccinations (x2 doses)
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
- CPR and First Aid certificate (to be obtained within first 3 months of employment)
