About the Role
This is a full-time role based in
Surrey Hills.

You will join the
Support Coordination team to coach, guide, and mentor enabling them to assist their clients to meet their NDIS goals.

The
Regional Leadcollaborates closely with Support Coordinators, Intake/Administration staff, Recovery Coaches, and other team members to offer capability uplift, great customer service, and strict financial accountability within the function.


You will have:

  • Demonstrated leadership and supervision experience
  • Experience in Psychosocial/Complex Disability
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to network and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
