**Position Summary**
**Service Desk Officer**
- $28.10 an hour + Casual loading

- Rotating shifts of 7:00-15:30, 8:00-16:30, 14:30-23:00 7 days a week
- Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for a Service Desk Officer to join our Service Desk team on a **casual** basis.- Our Service Desk team provides first level ICT support for all Gippsland Health Alliance members.- The Service Desk Officer is responsible for Providing Level 1 support to GHA members including triage incoming calls accurately and timely, ensuring relevant details are collected for Agency Support staff.**LRH employees enjoy access to**:
