Are you someone who loves supporting people in their journey from school to work and motivated by enriching the lives of people with a disability? We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, client-centred, and innovative trainer to support our Vocational Services team in Guildford.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll be entrusted to drive real impact with your inspiring hands-on and innovative approach in achieving client choice, empowerment, and goals. You will thrive with your expertise in delivering School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) which supports young adults with a disability to build on new and existing employability skills to successfully enter the workforce.

- Client-Focussed: Keeping the needs, goals and outcomes of people with disability first and foremost
- Innovative: Developing and delivering innovative training and workplace skills development in order to support a young person to engage in meaningful employment pathways that empowers our clients
- Outcome driven: Focused on delivering outcome based training to both group and individuals to achieve work & life skills.
- Connected With The Community: Able to nurture community networks, partnerships, and strong stakeholder engagement to provide employment opportunities for our clients
- Detail-Oriented: Paying attention to quality, NDIS compliance, risk assessments and program administration

- You’re determined to make a positive difference to clients’ lives and your local community
- You can engage, inspire and collaborate in a dynamic team environment with a strong sense of ownership
- You have a flair for creativity and can turn ideas into reality
- You have the demonstrated ability to engage, communicate and build partnerships with a diverse range of people
- You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- You have developed and delivered Training solutions to a diverse range of clients
- Completed or willing to obtain a Certificate IV Training and Assessment
