Executive Assistant

**The Role**
This role will provide efficient and effective management and coordination for the Executive General Manager (and the Strategic Enablement Leadership Team) and will provide a high level of administrative and delegated support. The role will be well organised, flexible, thorough and self-motivating, have the ability to work with mínimal supervision, exhibit expert levels of written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate continuous attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and build strong relationships within the immediate team and across the broader IAG business.
- Coordinate and provide a wide range of office management and clerical support
- Efficient and proactive diary management including informing the Executive General Manager of their schedule on a daily basis and preparing materials prior to meetings
- Manage travel arrangements
- Operate and maintain a confidential and organised filing system
- Distribute reading material as directed and follow up any responses / replies prior to the due date
- Manage Business Unit budget including processing invoices, credit card statements and expenses
- Establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidentiality
- Plan meeting and event management
- Assist the Executive General Manager and their direct reports in producing high quality reports, documents and presentations using advanced computer skills.
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working with senior executive teams
- Highly organised with high attention to detail and forward planning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working collaboratively as part of a cross functional team
- Organised and professional with an ability to perform several tasks simultaneously
- Completion of HSC or equivalent
