We are excitedly seeking a Digital Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Melbourne team. While experience is advantageous, we value passion and a positive attitude above all. **As a Digital Sales Coordinator, your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing advertising campaigns across audio streaming and podcasting, from implementation to monitoring and reporting.
- Collaborating with creative writers and producers to bring captivating podcasts to life.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and promptly addressing all inquiries

**Seniority**

**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

- Operations Query Handling - Receive, resolve, or redirect incoming queries to ensure the organization runs smoothly
- Cross-Functional Support - Provide general and clerical tasks to help various teams in the organization collaborate and operate effectively
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
