**Who are we looking for?**:
Professional with café experience including barista skills who has the vision to develop a unique and exciting café brand within our 5 aged care sites. A leader with passion to become part of Anglicare SA Social Enterprise business and contribute to the lives of our aged care communities, as well as the drive social employment through our café model and grow this exciting initiative into a thriving business which achieves and exceeds Anglicare SA’s mission and values.

**What can you expect to be doing?**:

- Oversee the day-to-day Café operations, ensuring professional food and beverage service.
- Create and manage staff rosters and staffing requirements.
- Oversee cash up and reporting and budget reporting, stock management and ordering.
- Promote the café through professional service, quality offerings and innovative ideas.
- Ensuring the café adheres to WHS (Work Health and Safety) and other regulatory policies.
- Ensure that customer outcomes are central to all decisions and actions.
- Provide a clear direction, purpose, and context for your team’s work and set clear targets.

**What do you need to bring?**:

- Qualifications in Food Safety
- Certificate in hospitality or similar
- Proven management and leadership experience in the hospitality industry
- Stock management skills including ordering and stock control
- Proven barista experience and passion for all things coffee
- Exceptional customer service skills
