**Lead the way in Resident Care**:
Due to service growth, Our 136-bed facility is searching for a driven Clinical Manager to champion best practices and elevate our resident care. As a proven leader, you'll manage a team of Clinical, Registered, and Enrolled nurses, becoming a role model who inspires everyone to embody our core values.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- A Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Sound knowledge of AN-ACC, Aged Care Act and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards and competencies.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- A commitment to quality improvement and a passion for resident well-being.
- Post-graduate qualification in Aged Care or Management will be highly regarded
