Your unique contribution

Joining the Regional Financial Services team based in Dulwich, as our Accounts Payable Officer, you will report into the Pacific Accounts Payable Manager and will be part of a dynamic team who enjoy working together to succeed in achieving common goals in a convivial way.

You will be responsible for invoice processing in a paperless environment - encompassing review, follow-up and processing for PO and agreed non-PO suppliers - across Australia and New Zealand, as well as providing back up support for the payment process.

You will add value to the team through:
- Taking full responsibility for a group of vendors, including processing invoices in a paperless, automated environment, reconciling statements, resolving issues and managing and maintaining relationships- Being the back up for all payments processes- Developing and building internal relationships with various stakeholders
