About the role

The Improvement Partner is a key member of the Strategy and Improvement directorate.

The role will support corporate areas in implementing a Lean Management System and developing expertise and a culture that supports the Lean Management philosophy.

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:
Experience in redesign and improvement methodologies

Experience in training and coaching staff in improvement, project and change management

Proven track record in successfully leading and embedding change within and across teams

Understanding of measurement and monitoring for safety and quality

Demonstrated ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders

Superior communication skills, both verbal and written

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure both independently and within a team
