If you deliver solid solutions to complex problems and provide consistent, high-quality output. If your attention to your stakeholders’ business needs influences functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design), testing, as well as training and supporting implementation teams. If you are the conduit between business, technology and creative and can work with a medium to large team to deliver successful product projects. Then we want you.

Main tasks include but are not limited to:

- Translate functional requirements into a technical solution.
- Configure and deploy Power Platform-based solutions.
- Deploy client’s products and apps.
- Enhance or customize current apps and develop new apps.
- Document technical solutions and perform handover to the Operations team.
- Provide thought leadership in best practices and product development.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement programs and develop the right organizational culture.

You will also mentor junior staff members to enable them to reach high standards of quality. Be across the current and future state of digital technologies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum five years of relevant consulting, industry experience with hands-on
- Development experience with a minimum of two years of direct experience as an MS
- Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
- Fantastic attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, or with a team.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of agile and iterative service delivery, project management principles, client relationship management, and pre-sales activities.

BA/BS degree desired in Information Technology and/or Computer Science, or relevant work experience.

**Desired Certifications**:
Have passed any of the following exams:

- Exam PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals
- Exam PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant
- Exam PL-100: Microsoft Power Platform App Maker
- Exam PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer
- Exam PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect
- Exam 70-778: Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
