About the Role

The Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) is seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to join our Outpatient Support Services team. As an Administrative Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the daily management and provision of administrative and support services within our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the implementation of initiatives, directions, or services endorsed by the Administrative Manager.
  • Support the implementation of change and promote a proactive approach and culture of continuous review, improvement, and planning of services, policies, and programs consistent with the requirements of Outpatient Support Services.
  • Promote customer satisfaction and service utilization.
About You
  • Ability to effectively interact with people from diverse backgrounds, including professional and non-professional staff, external agencies, and members of the community.
  • Proven experience in working within a customer-focused administrative area, preferably within a health setting.
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills, including the ability to coordinate/supervise administrative staff and the ability to use/apply initiative and judgment.
  • Understanding of contemporary management practices.
  • Competent and confident in the use of the Sunrise program.
