**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a talented **Integration & Test Lead**to join BDA in growing the capabilities of the world leading airborne surveillance, communications and battle management systems - The E-7A Wedgetail.

The role can be based in Adelaide (SA), Williamtown (NSW) or Brisbane (QLD) - support for relocation from other locations will also be considered.

**Responsibilities**

As the Integration & Test Lead you will be instrumental in defining the approach to test and evaluation as it relates to system integration, verification and certification of the air and ground segments. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing strategies for system integration, verification, and certification
- Establishing and leading a verification program with the goal of mitigating technical risk related to systems integration and system acceptance
- Contributing to architecture design activities and planning to ensure a high quality, verifiable system can be delivered through an evolutionary/spiral approach

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Tertiary degree in any of Electrical / Software / Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline with 10+ years' experience
- Experience in test and evaluation, specifically, the planning and conduct of systems integration and acceptance
- Experience with delivering systems in a defence environment
- Strong knowledge/experience in systems engineering practices
- Experience in defining and managing requirements baselines
- Experience in an aviation program (desirable)
- Familiar with Scaled Agile Framework concepts to support large complex projects (desirable)
