Your involvement in various aspects of accounts, finance, payroll, and HR management will be influenced by your skills and motivation. You’ll have the chance to play a role in shaping the financial outcomes of the firm while assisting the Directors.- Initially, you will coordinate reception tasks, aid in administrative and bookkeeping duties, support the architecture/interior design team, and ensure a productive, safe, and positive work environment. Beyond this, you’ll manage client communications, office administration, marketing, and the practice’s policies and procedures. Collaborating closely with our Directors, you will help oversee our team’s coordination and project delivery.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Your role includes:
- Managing reception duties and being the first point of contact.
- Administering office procedures, maintaining standards, and managing supplies.
- Assisting in bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Overseeing staff induction, records, and queries.
- Supporting Directors and the architecture/interior design team.
- Enhancing marketing materials and maintaining our online presence.
- Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Managing our library, samples, and trade information.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Prior experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
- Familiarity with the architecture/interior design industry (an advantage).
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of office procedures and attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational and planning capabilities.
- Effective presentation and people skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to propose improvements.
- First Aid skills (beneficial but not essential).
