What does the job look like?

Become an integral part of our small and dynamic team within the Intermodal Business Unit by joining as an Operations Coordinator based in Somerton and West Melbourne. As an Operations Coordinator, you will take charge of managing, ensuring precision and attention to detail in handling POD investigations. Your role will involve regular interactions with customers, and other Linfox sites, contributing to the seamless delivery of our logistics operations. With a convenient Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, this position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals looking to excel in the logistics industry. Comprehensive training and potential career growth will be provided, setting you up for success from day one.

Key areas:

- Manage POD (Proof of Order) investigations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Work autonomously to handle tasks and prioritize deliverables efficiently.
- Collaborate with a small team to streamline processes and optimise logistics operations.

- A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate tracking and verification of order deliveries.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with adaptability in handling dynamic challenges.
