**Your new opportunity**

As a member of our Community Care team, the Community Care Functional Support Consultant (Manager) will play a crucial role by:

- Triage support tickets and prioritise severity of the issue.
- Resolve tickets or escalate to the appropriate next level of support.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on ticket progress.
- Partner with Community Care developers on bugs resolution and testing
- Deliver functional training to customer end-users.
- Provide feedback to product management improvements you can set would enhance the market appeal of Community Care.
- Provide feedback to product management on improvements to enhance the market appeal of Community Care.
- Offer recommendations to customers on optimising their use of the Community Care product.
- Advise customers on maximising value from support and identifying areas for additional end-user training.

- Deep functional experience in at least one of the following areas:

- D365 CE - customer experience, field service knowledge or
- CRM or Workforce management knowledge in non-MS technologies.
- Prior experience with supporting or delivering competing software products to CC in the Healthcare Health, Aged & Human Services, either as part of a customer project or working with a software vendor.
- Ability to quickly learn new software functions and capabilities (MS d365 and/or Community Care).
- Hands-on experience with designing and building end customer reports and dashboards.
- Desirable if you are familiarity with the services and funding business rules that relate to Disability (NDIS) and Community Aged Care (HCP, CHSP, DVA).
