What this job involves
As the Workplace Manager, you will be based onsite with our Client, a prestigious law firm Your key focus will be to ensure the delivery of exceptional facilities and client services whilst providing a positive experience for our client.

You will provide management, oversight and continuous improvement of multi-function outsourced facilities management, records management and business support services, ensuring safe and compliant facilities are maintained at all times.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Proactively develop and manage the relationship with our client to ensure service delivery expectations are met
Develop and sustain a high quality, suitably experienced, well trained and motivated team
Focus on service outcomes to ensure client satisfaction survey results deliver a positive result for the client and JLL
Support the Account Manager to manage services in line with or below budget levels agreed

**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
Exceptional customer service experience with ability to show initiative
Proven experience to lead a team effectively, train them well and promote open, constructive and collaborative relationships
Minimum five years experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field
Ability to demonstrate proactive and professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement
Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines
